Eric has always been passionate about the construction industry. He spent his earlier career (15 years) in the building and construction sector - Site Management, Project Management and as a Project Director, working in Australia and Overseas. The following 13 years, he has worked in the same field, however in an Executive Recruitment and Business Consulting capacity before establishing Nayler International Pty Ltd.

Eric’s career has seen him work with major Builders, including Costain (Aust), Prentice Builders (Aust), and as a Project Director with Total Bangun Persada within South-East Asia – where he gained extensive knowledge / experience in Senior Project Management on large commercial projects ($600m AUD) with large corporate builders.

This background enables Eric to provide credible consulting services to his customer base today, as well as liaising effectively with candidates. He understands “the language” and “the business”, and as a result, is able to uncover relevant information for recruiting and business purposes.

When not working, Eric enjoys modern and classical movies, live theatre, golf, fishing, scuba diving and wine appreciation / collecting.

Rhyl Nayler

Senior Consultant

With 20+ years experience in Executive Recruitment, Rhyl Nayler remains passionate about working in Executive Recruitment. Her commitment, professionalism, and focus, combined with her years of experience in the field, ensures she is able to provide Clients with excellent results.

Initially working as a Recruitment Consultant in sales and marketing, Rhyl was later promoted into a senior Management position with a leading international Recruitment and HR company, where she successfully developed, managed and lead the Queensland Sales, Marketing and Technical team – both in permanent and contracting recruitment. Her team was one of the largest and more successful in the industry working across all industry sectors at State and National levels.

Desiring a change, new challenge, and wishing to specialise specifically in a number of industry sectors, she then established a successful specialist Company providing solutions in: Recruitment (primarily Executive, although the company also serviced support and administration roles), Human Resources (providing a range of psychological services, Training and Development, and general business solutions / services). Industry sectors included: Building Products, Construction, Electrical, Engineering and Industrial. The company operated successfully for over 11 years working mainly in Queensland, although for a period in NSW and Victoria.

She then joined Nayler International Pty Ltd, a more “boutique” consultancy, focusing again on the building / construction, electrical, engineering and industrial sectors. The company’s philosophy is to work more closely with Clients and candidates – providing them with a personalised, professional service.

Prior to joining the recruitment industry, Rhyl worked in private investment banking initially as an Account Manager later promoted into a State Manager’s position. She completed a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Queensland majoring in Psychology and Sociology.
