    • Join a well-established National Private Company (family owned) that design, manufacture, and sell a range of innovative and quality products for the Residential and Commercial building sectors through a national sales and distribution network.  The Company offer popular traditional ranges and regularly design, manufacture, and launch new stylish options to offer the latest alternative finishing trends (as well as manufacturing bespoke products for the architectural / design segment) to cater for the ever-changing market needs across Australia.

    •  As General Manager, reporting to the Board, your focus will be to continue to drive this medium sized national business to the next level of success by proactively leading, developing, managing, and challenging your team to achieve set company objectives, sales revenue, and profit margins.  Ultimately, you will be responsible for the financial and operational performance of the company and be involved in all aspects of sales, marketing, and operations, working across the Company with other Managers and key internal and external Stakeholders.

    • You will be a proven and successful “Hands on”, Proactive & Entrepreneurial Leader having worked in medium to large sized manufacturing and supply businesses ($30M+) preferably in the building products sector. You will demonstrate: strong knowledge of the building & construction industry, an understanding of the various sales channels to market (Appointed Distributors / Specialist Resellers / Wholesalers, Residential and Commercial Architects, Designers, Builders, Hospitality, Retail & Government), experience in managing a continuous manufacturing process,  strong sales & marketing skills, high level operational, contract, commercial, and financial capability, strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, the ability to foster a positive and proactive culture with a strong customer service focus.
