    • $170K Salary Package   ($135K  Base + Super + Bonus)

    •  Based in Sydney, as National Supply Chain Manager, reporting to the MD, and part of the Senior Management team, you will take full responsibility for managing and driving the Companies Supply Chain Operation in Australia and NZ.  In leading your team, and being responsible for the strategic and operational management of this end to end supply chain, you will be involved in procurement, logistics, contract negotiation, and managing the relationship with the Companies major global factories  - with the clear mandate of optimizing quality, efficiency and costs for the network. You will also assist with new product development ensuring supply chain requirements and some production customisation.

    •  The ideal executive will be a proven and successful National Manager having worked 10+ years within medium to large sized multiple product Organisations in a similar role where you have been able to make a difference!  You may possess Tertiary Business Qualifications with a Supply Chain Management focus, although this is not essential.  However, you will demonstrate:  strong people leadership, influencing and engagement skills,  high level inventory management, planning & operational skills with a focus on meeting customer satisfaction, have fostered a culture of Compliance, Health & Safety, and high performance, complex problem solving capability, strong project management skills, high level ERP & IT skills including experience with SAP, analytical / financial and commercial business acumen, excellent presentation, training and relationship building skills, be loyal, principled, have the highest integrity, and the energy and passion required to deliver exceptional results in this fast paced environment.
