    • Join a well-established successful Australian manufacturing company offering a range of quality building products to their customer base. The Company represent a broad range of product to both the Trade and Designer marketplace in the Plumbing industry.   Specifically, this opportunity relates to the Commercial Retail / Designer arm of their business where they offer both imported high end product and their own branded ranging of manufactured quality products.

    •  Reporting to the Queensland Sales Manager, you will be part of a proactive small / medium team in QLD, representing the Company and their Brands across a number of areas including Retail Specialists (kitchen, bathroom, laundry) which may include Independents and Groups, and Builders / Project Builders.   Your focus will be to: increase sales and Company awareness by  continuing to promote the Companies strong reputation and product offering, “value add” - due to your ability to build strong relationships with your customers and understand their needs, provide an exceptional level of customer service to differentiate yourself from the competitors. You will have a set geographical sales territory and customer niche, and you will be required to increase sales and market share by building on existing relationships and proactively targeting new customers.    

    •  The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated track record of success in sales in the Building / Plumbing industry where you have been able to build strong relationships in this Specialised market – ie Commercial Retail Reseller Channel to market, as well as to Project Builders.  Ideally you will have sold plumbing / building products related to the kitchen, bathroom, and laundry space.  Further, you will be professional, proactive, have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enjoy working in a team environment, and ultimately understand how to differentiate yourself from your competitors by your effective approach to business.  This is a great opportunity to be part of a successful Company that provide their employees with great product and an excellent culture in which to work.
