    • Join a successful well-established and expanding national Australian Manufacturing Company who design, manufacture, and supply a range of quality innovative products in the kitchen, laundry, bathroom ware / plumbing sector.  The Company operate multiple Showroom and Distribution Centres around Australia to highlight their product ranging, elevate their Brand and positioning, and ensure the provision of exceptional customer service, delivery & support. Working collaboratively with their Partners & Partners customers (Resellers / Specialist Retailers, Architects, Interior Designers) they provide up-to-date, and on-trend designed innovative quality product which ensures their continued growth and expansion around Australia.

    • As National Marketing Manager reporting to a Company Director, your role will be to take responsibility and accountability for developing, managing, and successfully implementing the Company’s National Marketing plan in line with Company Budget and relevant guidelines. By leading, managing and working with your marketing team (2), you will be involved in: the strategic input and development of the company’s marketing plan to ensure the strategy effectively reaches and engages with the Companies B2B partners and consumers, managing the company’s portfolio of products and their various product lifecycles to ensure that each stage is executed efficiently and profitably, working with the sales team to increase quality lead generation, company growth [sales & profitability], market share and Brand recognition.  By building strong relationships and collaborating with your B2B partners and all relevant Stakeholders, you will work “hands on” with your team, as well as utilizing and project managing external contractors / resources when required.  Further, you will understand and leverage market data, research and consumer insights to guide product design and development, positioning, pricing and marketing strategies, be involved in developing all marketing and sales communication tools /  formats (ie website development, social media and digital platforms, corporate collateral, technical product information, catalogues),  sales & marketing programs, promotions / campaigns, launches and initiatives, social media and content programs / CRM data usage etc), tracking, measuring and reporting in order to drive results and support all across the business.

    • The ideal candidate will have:  Tertiary qualifications in Marketing with strong Marketing Coordination, Product Management (5+ years’ experience) and Marketing Management experience built significantly on brand/s, and multiple product portfolio management through multiple channels utilizing customer insights to drive strategic outcomes.  You will have led small but proactive teams of personnel to achieve company marketing objectives – OR – have worked in corporate environments where you may have become frustrated in not being able to influence and fully utilize your skills – and are not fazed by working “hands on” in a marketing role (with not as many 0’s in your marketing budget!!) where you can truly develop, execute,  influence and make things happen by working smart and utilizing your resources effectively and efficiently. This is a full end-to-end marketing position with the goal of providing a more targeted approach to improve customer loyalty and satisfaction.

    • Experience working with Decorative Trade products OR Decorative Retail / Home Renovation products well regarded but not critical.  Having experience with multiple channels to market is critical (ie B2B and B2C).  An understanding of multiple channels to market like Resellers / Wholesalers / Specialist Partners would be advantageous (ie Plumbing,  Hardware, Electrical or Lighting ,Tiling, Paint, Decorative Board Product resellers / wholesalers.  Experience gained working with a Manufacturer is also ideal as our client seeks product lifecycle management experience.   Further, you will demonstrate strong: communication (written and verbal), relationship building, interpersonal and presentation skills, analysis and strategic capability, KPI and metrics understanding, attention to detail, IT skills (ERP, CRM, Excel and reporting, specialist marketing IT programs, Social media platforms),  follow up and project management skills, business / commercial acumen, excellent problem solving & decision making skills, strong planning and organizational skills – able to juggle and meet deadlines in a fast paced and growing environment, are highly motivated and self-directed, customer service oriented, and a true team player.  Competitive Salary package on offer!!
