    • Our client is a well-established medium sized national manufacturing Company that supplies a range of steel building product and accessories (residential, commercial, industrial) into the marketplace. Providing tailored solutions to their customers and committed to delivering a quality range of made to order products, the company focuses on ensuring they meet their customer expectations by providing an exceptional service.

    • As the Account Manager for this Branch, you will be responsible for a set geographical territory (Caboolture to Sunshine Coast and up to Gympie & out to Kilcoy) and report to the Companies Branch Manager.  Your role will be to proactively promote the Company in the marketplace, selling a range of products to a customer base (ie Roofing / Trade Contractors, Builders, some Resellers etc) - Residential, Commercial / Industrial & Home Improvement accounts. You will be given an existing customer base -  as well as required to proactively target new business opportunities in the region.  Ultimately, you will be responsible and accountable for a set sales budget (revenue and margin) continuing to grow the company sales, profit, and market share. 

    • As a Sales Professional, you will have a proven background in successfully achieving sales budgets / targets / KPI’s (and growing your base & revenue) in the residential and commercial building industry. Experience gained selling made to order  / tailored metal building products will be well regarded.  By gaining a true understanding of your client’s business, and building strong customer relationships, you will know how to deliver real value to your customers – thus being able to sell the value proposition and provide exceptional service.  You will be a proactive hunter, yet also able to manage existing customers to maximise business opportunities. You will demonstrate excellent planning and time management skills, strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, be commercially street smart, results oriented, IT literate, and truly love actively calling on customers, seeking new opportunities and building strong commercial relationships.  A true team player, you will enjoy building on the success of the business to date – taking ownership for your territory – and in doing so giving you the opportunity to build your career with a Company that will support and reward your success.
