    •  This position is based in Sydney.  As Team Leader or Workshop Supervisor,  you will proactively lead and manage a small specialised team of personnel in a growing custom switchboard environment.  The company utilise a number of electrical engineering design and estimating systems including AutoCAD Electrical and AutoCAD PowerCad Software. You will be involved in design and estimating, co-ordination of materials and workload (allocating labour and ensuring workflow), and liaising across the business with personnel and various Managers in order to ensure the timely assembly of the highest quality product.  Ultimately, you will be responsible for the efficient and effective day-to-day management of this specialized workshop within the Company.

    •  This is very much a “hands on” role where you will need to learn and understand the Companies various systems and processes in order to then apply your own skills and influence to achieve outcomes.  You may already be an experienced Supervisor of personnel within an Electrical technical environment, or have the ability to step up (may have coached a team outside a work environment and know that you have good people supervisory skills where you can make a difference).  The ideal candidate will understand switchboards – from an electrical and building industry perspective (low voltage electrical marketplace – Trade Qualified). You will have good communication and interpersonal skills,  be organized and have good attention to detail, be proactive, responsible and accountable, enjoy working with people in a team, capable of working in a fast-paced environment, and most of all having a great attitude; being open to learn, adapt and evolve.  You will be provided with great support and guidance.  Excellent career path.
