    •  Based in Sydney, you will be part of the national leadership team, reporting to both the GM and APAC HR Director. You will be providing HR & Payroll support to the Australian and NZ business, managing the full employment cycle of over 100 employees, and driving and implementing global HR initiatives.  This is very much a “hands on” proactive role.  Thus, you will be involved in overseeing and managing a range of activities including:  payroll which is managed by an outsourced payroll provider, HR events ie performance & salary reviews, partnering with Management teams on HR matters, implementing global HR projects and practices (HRIS integration, consolidation rollouts etc), working on strategic employment initiatives, reporting etc.

    •  With tertiary qualifications in HR, you will have at least 7 – 10+ years experience as a HR Officer / Executive or a “Hands on” Management position – where you have worked in a medium to large sized business (100 – 200 employees) that has undergone significant growth and where you have been exposed to a broad range of HR issues.  This position suits the HR Generalist – able to adapt, enjoy, and manage the full gambit of HR matters within such a busy work environment.  Further, you must have experience in ADP Payroll Managed Services, have experience in implementing HRIS, be able to interpret and coach on employment regulations / law, award and relevant legislations, end to end recruitment, build excellent relationships with all stakeholders across the business, evaluate and interpret data (analytical), be well organized, passionate,  and able to prioritize.  Naturally, you will be a great communicator, present well, be IT literate, and have the flexibility for some travel interstate and Overseas.  Salary, and level of work flexibility, will be commensurate with experience.
