    • Based in Brisbane (Southside location) as a Senior Executive working in the National team, your role will be to proactively build, lead and direct the Health, Safety, Environment and Quality team – developing, implementing, monitoring, and reporting Company management policies, procedures, and strategies for ongoing improvement.  In essence, you will be working closely with all stakeholders to ensure best practice and influencing the behaviors and culture within the business as well as HSEQ input and contribution to business tenders and submissions.

    • The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10+ years’ experience in a similar role demonstrating improvement in all HSEQ areas - working within the construction industry (multiple project sites) or experience gained in a manufacturing environment in the building industry or engineering / industrial sectors. Degree qualifications in Health & Safety or Business well regarded.  A strong leader and coach with good people management skills, you will have demonstrated empowering teams to deliver strong tangible outcomes in fast paced working environments where there are multiple stakeholders.  You will also demonstrate:  strong IT skills, excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills, the ability to negotiate and influence, strong training skills, be organized and well planned, able to multitask, high attention to detail, good problem-solving skills, applying a practical pragmatic approach to your work.
